Data deletion

How to delete your TKVR account, disconnect your social accounts, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

Delete your account

  • On the web: sign in at tkvr.me, open your account page, tap Delete account and confirm.
  • In the TKVR app: open Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Cancel your memberships first. If your account runs a page, email us to close the page before you delete the account.

What gets deleted

  • When you delete your account, we delete your sign in, profile, photo, memberships, follows, enrolments, call bookings, referrals, streaks, notes and ID check records.
  • Payment records: kept after you delete your account, with the link to you removed, for the creator's books and for as long as tax law requires.
  • Messages you sent in chats are not removed automatically when you delete your account. Email us and we will remove them.

Disconnect your social accounts

In Social, open the account and choose Disconnect, or remove TKVR in the network's own settings for connected apps. Either way we stop posting there at once. Email us and we also delete its stored login from our post scheduler (post.tkvr.me) within one month. Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there.

For Instagram and Facebook this is under Settings, Apps and websites. For YouTube it is your Google account permissions. For the others, look for connected or authorised apps in the account settings.

Ask us to delete your data

Email david@tkvr.me from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. This covers your TKVR account, your connected social accounts and your chat messages. We confirm by email and finish within one month. We keep payment records only where tax law requires it.
