How to sell 1:1 video calls

Offer paid one to one calls from your page with booking, payment and the video room in one place. Here is how to set it up.

Published

What you need

A TKVR page with Stripe connected. Booking, payment and the video room are all built in, so there is no scheduling tool or video app to link.

Set it up

  1. In your studio, open Calls and set your time zone.
  2. Add a call type: a title, a length and a price. Add a gap between calls, a minimum notice or a daily limit if you want them.
  3. Set your weekly hours, and add date overrides for days off.
  4. Your page offers calls as soon as there are open times.

What the buyer sees

They pick a time shown in their own time zone and pay through Stripe Checkout. Until 24 hours before the call they can cancel for a full refund, or move it up to 2 times. The room opens 10 minutes before the start.

Pricing your time

Start with a short call at a price that feels easy to say yes to, then add a longer one. Keep the description specific: what you will cover and what they should bring.

What it costs

Call payments count toward the same allowance as memberships: 0% on your first 10,000 US dollars, then 3%. Stripe's card fee is on your own account.
